Valley Warranty

Valley Acrylic Bath Ltd. (herein referred to as “VALLEY”) offers the following limited warranties on its products. These warranties extend only to the original owner/end-user for personal household use. The warranty period will start officially from the original purchase date that’s noted on the proof of purchase. For commercial uses, additional limitations apply. A proof of purchase is mandatory in order to proceed with any warranty claim. Having a proof of purchase allows our team to ensure that the  Valley product you own was purchased through an authorized VALLEY dealer.

The warranty will be void if the customer does not have a proof of purchase, or if the product has been moved from its initial place of installation.

Further, please be aware that the following warranty shall not apply following incorrect operating or installation procedures, breakage or damages caused by normal wear and tear, fault, carelessness, abuse, misuse, misapplication, improper maintenance, alteration or modification of the unit, as well as chemical or natural corrosion, accident, fire, flood, act of God or any other casualty. This warranty shall not apply to stains or malfunctions caused by ferrous water, hard water or salty water. It is the responsibility of the owner/installer to inspect any VALLEY product prior to installation. Should inspection reveal any damage or defect in the finish, please call us at 1-877-398-8827 (TUBS) right away. The warranty does not cover damages or defects in the finish once the unit has been installed. Any transformation or alteration made to a VALLEY product automatically voids the warranty.

The limited warranty will be as follows:

  • Residential: These products have a limited warranty for residential use for a period of up to 20 years from the original purchase date, against any failure from improper manufacturing defects.
  • Commercial: These products have a limited warranty for commercial use for a period of up to 5 years from the original purchase date, against any failure from improper manufacturing defects.
  • Residential: These products have a limited warranty for residential use for a period of up to 2 years from the original purchase date, against any failure from improper manufacturing defects.
  • Commercial: These products have a limited warranty for commercial use for a period of up to 1 year from the original purchase date, against any failure from improper manufacturing defects.
  • Residential: These products have a limited warranty for residential use for a period of up to 1 year from the original purchase date, against any failure from improper manufacturing defects.
  • Commercial: These products have a limited warranty for commercial use for a period of up to 6 months from the original purchase date, against any failure from improper manufacturing defects.
  • Residential: These products have a limited warranty for residential use for a period of up to 1 year from the original purchase date, against any failure from improper manufacturing defects.
  • Commercial: These products have a limited warranty for commercial use for a period of up to 1 year from the original purchase date, against any failure from improper manufacturing defects.
  • Residential: These products have a limited warranty for residential use for a period of up to 2 years from the original purchase date, against any failure from improper manufacturing defects.
  • Commercial: These products have a limited warranty for commercial use for a period of up to 1 year from the original purchase date, against any failure from improper manufacturing defects.
  • Residential: These products have a limited warranty for residential use for a period of up to 4 years from the original purchase date, against any failure from improper manufacturing defects. This does not apply to any custom finishes — please see below for warranty information on Colour Me, Marble, Flake and Sparkle Series products.
  • Commercial: These products have a limited warranty for residential use for a period of up to 1 years from the original purchase date, against any failure from improper manufacturing defects. This does not apply to any custom finishes — please see below for warranty information on Colour Me, Marble, Flake and Sparkle Series products.
  • Residential: The custom “finish” of the product is warranted for residential use for a period of up to 1 year, from the original purchase date against any manufacturing defects. This does not apply to normal wear and tear or misuse of said custom product.
  • Commercial: The custom “finish” of the product is warranted for commercial use for a period of up to 1 year, from the original purchase date against any manufacturing defects. This does not apply to normal wear and tear or misuse of said custom product.
  • Residential: These products have a limited warranty for residential use for a period of up to 5 year from the original purchase date, against any failure from improper manufacturing defects.
  • Commercial: These products have a limited warranty for commercial use for a period of up to 1 year from the original purchase date, against any failure from improper manufacturing defects.
  • Residential: These products have a limited warranty for residential use for a period of up to 3 years from the original purchase date, against any failure from improper manufacturing defects.
  • Commercial: These products have a limited warranty for commercial use for a period of up to 1 years from the original purchase date, against any failure from improper manufacturing defects.
  • Residential: These products have a limited warranty for residential use for a period of up to 1 year from the original purchase date, against any failure from improper manufacturing defects.
  • Commercial: These products have a limited warranty for commercial use for a period of up to 1 year from the original purchase date, against any failure from improper manufacturing defects.

  • Residential: These products have a limited 1 year warranty period, with the exception of the cartridges which have a limited lifetime warranty from the original purchase date against any failure from improper manufacturing defects. (If you can present your proof of purchase, we will provide the replacement cartridge at no charge to you.)
  • Commercial: These products have a limited 1 year warranty period, with the exception of the cartridges which have a limited lifetime warranty from the original purchase date against any failure from improper manufacturing defects. (If you can present your proof of purchase, we will provide the replacement cartridge at no charge to you.)
  • Residential: These products have a limited warranty for residential use for a period of up to 1 year from the original purchase date, against any failure from improper manufacturing defects.
  • Commercial: These products have a limited warranty for commercial use for a period of up to 6 months from the original purchase date, against any failure from improper manufacturing defects.
  • Residential: These products have a limited warranty for residential use for a period of up to 1 year from the original purchase date, against any failure from improper manufacturing defects. The cartridge has a limited lifetime (If you can present your proof of purchase, we will provide the replacement cartridge at no charge to you.)

The cartridge has a limited lifetime (If you can present your proof of purchase, we will provide the replacement cartridge at no charge to you.)
  • Residential: These products have a limited warranty for residential use for a period of up to 1 year from the original purchase date, against any failure from improper manufacturing defects.
  • Commercial: These products have a limited warranty for commercial use for a period of up to 1 year from the original purchase date, against any failure from improper manufacturing defects.
  • Residential: These products have a limited warranty for residential use for a period of up to 1 year from the original purchase date, against any failure from improper manufacturing defects.
  • Commercial: These products have a limited warranty for commercial use for a period of up to 1 year from the original purchase date, against any failure from improper manufacturing defects.
  • All air blowers, pumps, electronic controls and remote controls have a limited warranty period of 1 year from the date of purchase by the initial owner/end-user, to be free of defects in the manufacturing, material and workmanship. This applies to both residential and commercial A proof of purchase is required; see further details below.
  • Warranty Exclusions for Blowers:
    • Chemical alteration
    • Over voltage
    • Transport or impact damage
    • Opened or modified components
    • Normal wear of the motor brushes
    • Water infiltration into the motor
  • Warranty Exclusions for Pumps:
    • Chemical alteration
    • Over voltage
    • Transport or impact damage
    • Opened or modified components
    • Components altered by water quality or chemical products
    • Wet-end blockage by residues. (e.g., hair)
  • Warranty Exclusions for Electronic controls & Remote controls:
    • Chemical alteration
    • Over voltage
    • Transport or impact damage
    • Opened or modified components

Disclaimer: Please be aware that any gold finish, such as rose gold or brushed gold, is more prone to scratching as gold tends to oxidize much faster than other finishes. Further, gold is a very “soft” finish so any contact with rough fabrics or rough handling will cause the product to produce scratches.

  • Residential: The custom “finish” of the product is warranted for residential use for a period of 1 year, from the original purchase date against any manufacturing defects. This does not apply to normal wear and tear or misuse of said custom products.
  • Commercial: The custom “finish” of the product is warranted for commercial use for a period of 6 months, from the original purchase date against any manufacturing defects. This does not apply to normal wear and tear or misuse of said custom products.

MORE DETAILS REGARDING LIMITED WARRANTY

Please be sure to provide all pertinent information regarding your claim, including a proof of purchase (i.e. receipt), a complete description of the problem, the model name and number and color or finish of the product, as well as the date and place of purchase. In order to assess any claim, we may have to inspect the product as installed before removal and must be provided with access to the product upon request.

VALLEY’s warranty obligation shall be discharged upon tender of replacement or repair. The purchaser refusal to accept the tender terminates VALLEY’s warranty obligation. Any product replaced or repaired during the warranty period will be covered during the remaining period of the original warranty. In no event shall the Seller’s liability under this warranty exceed the cost of repair or replacement of the product or the purchase price of the product.

VALLEY is not responsible for costs and claims that may arise from purchase of a product unsuited to the structure of the existing building. The manufacturer’s warranty is limited to repair or replacement (with a VALLEY product of equal value), provided the claim is made to VALLEY within the warranty period. Labour costs and any other expenses entailed by replacement of a VALLEY product are not covered by the warranty and does not include any cost of removal, reinstallation, transport and shipping of defective product, loss of time, salary or any other expenses as well as any consequential damages of any kind. VALLEY and its representatives shall not be liable for any injury, loss, cost or other damage, whether direct, consequential, incidental, or special that arise from any defect covered under this limited warranty.
