How long does it take to ship my order?

You will receive a confirmation via email when your order is shipped.

Shipping Information

Shipping is done during working days Mon-Fri, 6:30 AM - 3.30 PM (PST). We will provide you with an email of confirmation once it is shipped. We can only ship in Canada and the United States. 

Free shipping is available in orders of more than 99 CAD*.

Rest of Canada and United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. protectorates):

Can I track my order?

We will send you an email with a link to be able to track your order.

You cannot find the correct part?

We have a big stock of other parts, so if you cannot find the exact replacement, send us a photo of your product and if it’s possible for the part that you are looking for at customerservice@valleyacrylic.ca, we will be more than happy to help you.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ship all orders from Monday to Friday. It will take around 5 to 10 working days with the regular shipping.

Can you help me install my products or give me advice?

How do I obtain templates and manuals for the products I have purchased?

Valley Acrylic suggests searching the website for the templates and manuals you need. Generally, there are PDFs of templates and manuals posted on each of our products. If you are still unable to find the documents you seek, please contact our team via email at customerservice@valleyacrylic.ca or call our toll-free number at 1-877-398-8827.
